The service
If you run genuine opt-in mailing lists, you'll know the situation: Someone signed up three years ago and forgot about it. They've received a mail-out, assumed the worst that you'd never unsubscribe them because you're "probably one of the bad-guys", so they've reported you to a blacklist. Or maybe your company has reached that critical mass where it's harder to keep a close eye on your staff and users all the time...If nobody complains (or they only complain to their own ISP, not to you), then you might never know your mail isn't getting through. This is where this service comes in. We'll check the blacklists daily and email you a report if your hosts appear in any, and provide you with some plain language advice about how to get off them.
